When you purchase a product voucher from us please ensure you note the advertised delivery time which is normally in the fine print.
This is the time that has been agreed by us and the seller for delivery of your product.
Some deliveries can take as long as 28 days.
If your purchase falls outside this time please open a ticket with the supplier so they can provide assistance and resolve the delay.
You can open a ticket with the seller via your "My Vouchers"* page by clicking on the "Contact a Merchant" button.
Alternatively, you can open a ticket with the seller using the contact a seller form.
To open a ticket, please go to the website and click on "Help"
You will now see a "Contact A Merchant" option.
You'll need your voucher and redemption code to use this method which can be found via your "My Vouchers"* page by clicking on the "View Voucher" button.
You should hear back from the merchant within one to three working days.
You will receive notifications via email when the merchant responds.
