When you purchase a product voucher from us please ensure you note the advertised delivery time which is normally in the fine print.
This is the time that has been agreed by us and the seller for delivery of your product. Some deliveries can take up to 28 days.
If your purchase falls outside this time please open a support ticket with the seller so they can provide assistance and resolve the delay.
You can open a ticket with the seller by clicking on the Contact a Seller button within the My Vouchers* section of your account or the Help page of the website.
Under the product, you'd like assistance with click Contact The Seller to open a request form where you can ask the seller for help. You should hear back from the seller within one to three working days.
