    How do I return a product?


    If you’re unhappy with your purchase, please let the seller know. Unless faulty, this must be within 14 days of receiving your product.

    You can open a support ticket with the seller by clicking the Contact The Seller button within the My Vouchers section of your account or the Help section of our website.

    Under the product you'd like assistance with, click Contact The Seller to open a support request where you can ask the seller for assistance. You should hear back from the seller within one to three working days.

    The seller is not obligated to accept a change of mind return on products that are not returned in an, as sold condition. As sold means that the goods are unopened, in their original packaging with all documentation, and the item and its packaging are undamaged and unused.

    If you do return your order, please keep any postage receipts.
