    How do I return a product?


    When you purchase a product voucher from us please ensure you note who is fulfilling your order.

    This is written in the fine print of the offer.

    This is the name of the company that has agreed to fulfil your product.

    If you have received a product and it is faulty or you are not happy with it, you will need to contact the seller directly to request their returns procedures.

    You can open a ticket with the seller via your "My Vouchers"* page by clicking on the "Contact a Merchant" button.

    Alternatively, you can open a ticket with the seller using the contact a merchant form.

    To open a ticket, please go to the website and click on "Help"

    You will now see a "Contact A Merchant" option.

    You'll need your voucher and redemption code to use this method which can be found via your "My Vouchers"* page by clicking on the "View Voucher" button.

    You should hear back from the seller within one to three working days.

    You will receive notifications via email when the seller responds.
