When you purchase a product voucher, please ensure you note the advertised delivery time indicated on the offer.
This is the time that has been agreed by the seller for delivery of your product. Some shipments can take up to 28 days.
After purchase, login to your account and select My Vouchers. Within this menu, you will find your estimated delivery time based on the sellers advertised delivery time frame.
If your item is shipped with tracking, you will receive tracking details via email once your order is dispatched.
Please note that most sellers do not use a tracked service to reduce the cost as much as possible, so the savings stay as high as possible.
If your purchase falls outside this advertised delivery time, please open a support request with the seller so they can provide assistance and resolve the delay.
