    Can my product order be tracked?


    When you purchase a product voucher from us please ensure you note the advertised delivery time which is normally in the fine print.

    This is the time that has been agreed by us and the seller for delivery of your product. Some deliveries can take up to 28 days.

    After purchase, login to your account and select My Vouchers. Within this menu, you will find your estimated delivery time based on the sellers advertised delivery time frame.

    If your item is shipped with tracking you will receive tracking details via email once your order is dispatched.

    Please note that most sellers do not use a tracked service to reduce the cost as much as possible so the savings stay as high as possible.

    If your purchase falls outside this advertised delivery time please open a ticket with the seller so they can provide assistance and resolve the delay.
