When you purchase a product voucher from any of us please ensure you note who is fulfilling your order.
This is written in the fine print of the offer.
This is the name of the company that has agreed to deliver your product.
As your order details have already been sent to the merchant. You will need to contact them to notify of your change of address.
You can open a ticket with the merchant via your "My Vouchers"* page by clicking on the "Contact a Merchant" button.
Alternatively, you can open a ticket with the merchant using the contact a merchant form.
To open a ticket, please go to the website and click on "Help"
Then click on the "Contact A Merchant" option. If not already logged into the account used at the time of purchase, please proceed to log in.
Under the voucher you're having issues with, click "Contact A Merchant" to open a request form where you can provide the merchant with information about the problem you're having.
You should hear back from the merchant within one to three working days.
You will receive notifications via email when the merchant responds.
