Once you have used your voucher to place a booking is you must contact the venue by phone or email to cancel or change your reservation. This is subject to the venues own cancellation policy.
If you decide to cancel then once they confirm this cancellation for you, please ask them to send you confirmation of the cancellation via email and then forward this to us via the email address stated on the "Help" page and we will be able to refund you or create a discount code (credit note) depending on how long ago you purchased your voucher.
You are entitled to a cash refund within the first 14-days of purchase and a discount code thereafter until the expiry date.
