    How do I cancel or change my reservation?


    Once you have used your voucher to place a booking is you must contact the venue by phone or email to cancel or change your reservation. This is subject to the venues own cancellation policy.

    If you decide to cancel then once they confirm this cancellation for you, please ask them to send you confirmation of the cancellation via email and then forward this to us via the email address stated on the "Help" page and we will be able to create a discount code (credit note) for the value of your voucher if it is less than 14 days old or 80% up until the voucher expires which can be used to discount a future purchase.
