    How do I cancel or change my reservation?

    Once you have redeemed your voucher by placing a booking, you will need to contact the advertising venue by phone or email to cancel or change your reservation. This request will also be subject to the advertising venue's cancellation policy.

    If you decide to cancel your voucher, please ask the advertising venue to send you confirmation that your booking has been cancelled via email and then forward this to our customer service team.

    If the voucher was purchased within the last 14 days and the advertising venue has yet to be paid for your voucher we will be able to create a discount code (credit note) worth the value of your voucher.

    Vouchers purchased over 14 days ago, where the advertising venue has not been paid and are within the expiry date, will receive 80% of their value as a discount code.
