    How do I cancel or change my reservation?


    Once you have redeemed your voucher by placing a booking, you must contact the venue by phone or email to cancel or change your reservation. This request will be subject to the venues cancellation policy.

    If you decide to cancel your voucher, please ask the venue to send you confirmation that your booking has been cancelled via email and then forward this to the email address stated on the Help page. We will be able to create a discount code (credit note) for the value of your voucher if it was purchased within the last 14 days.

    Vouchers older than 14 days but within the expiry date will receive 80% of their value as a discount code.
