    How do I apply for a refund?


    You can apply for a full refund on a voucher if it was purchased less than 14 days ago and has not been redeemed.

    To apply for a refund, please go to the website and click on Help. Then click on Request a Refund. If you're not already logged in, log into the account you used at the time of purchase.

    You'll now be presented with all of your recent purchases that are eligible and ineligible for a refund. 

    Select Request Refund on the voucher you'd like refunded and provide a quick reason as to why the request is being made.

    Please note, if you need more than one voucher refunded, you will need to request a refund on each voucher.

    Once you have completed this, you don't need to contact us again as we'll keep you updated via email.

    Please be aware, after you have submitted a refund request form, your refund may take up to 2 weeks to reach your account as we must first confirm that it has not been used with the advertising venue.
