You can apply for a full refund on a service/hotel voucher* if it was purchased less than 14 days ago and has not been redeemed.
To apply for a refund, please go to the website and click on "Help"
You will now see a "Request a Refund" option.
Please fill out this form in full (You will need your voucher details*).
Please note, if you need more than one voucher refunded, you will need to fill out a form for each voucher you require a refund on.
Once you have completed the form, you do not need to contact us again.
Please be aware, after you have submitted a refund request form, your refund may take up to 2 weeks to reach your account.
Once it has been processed by our accounts team you will receive a notification via email.
