    How do I cancel a product order?


    When you purchase a product voucher from any of our associated sites please ensure you note who is fulfilling your order.

    This is written in the fine print of the offer.

    This is the name of the company that has agreed to deliver your product.

    As your order details have already been sent to the seller. You will need to contact them to notify of your change of mind.

    You can open a ticket with the seller via your "My Vouchers"* page by clicking on the "Contact a Merchant" button.

    Alternatively, you can open a ticket with the seller using the contact a seller form.

    To open a ticket, please go to the website and click on "Help"

    You will now see a "Contact A Merchant" option.

    You'll need your voucher and redemption code to use this method which can be found via your "My Vouchers"* page by clicking on the "View Voucher" button.

    You should hear back from the seller within one to three working days.

    You will receive notifications via email when the seller responds.
