    How do I book/confirm with a hotel or restaurant?


    Once you have purchased a voucher for a hotel or restaurant please download and print your voucher.

    You will note on your voucher a section titled How it works. Please follow the steps outlined in the How it works section.

    In most cases, bookings are placed via our online bookings website: http://bookings.empathymarketing.com/

    To place a booking through this you will need your voucher code & redemption code found on your voucher.

    Once your booking has been placed you should hear back from the advertising venue via email within 48 hours.

    If you don't hear back from them within this time please contact them directly and request an update on your booking request.
