    How do I book/confirm with a hotel or restaurant?


    Once you have purchased a voucher for a hotel or restaurant please download and print your voucher.*

    You will note on your voucher a section titled "How it works"

    Please follow the steps outlined in the "How it works" section.

    In most cases, bookings are placed via our online booking system: http://bookings.empathymarketing.com/

    To place a booking through this you will need your voucher code & redemption code found on your voucher.*

    Once your booking has been placed you should hear back from the venue via email within 48 hours.

    If you don't hear back from them within this time please contact them directly.

      Hi I Still can't find my voucher code for the hotel need it so if you can help that would be great thanks

      I can't proceed with the booking as the 'proceed' button does not work. All I can do is click 'cancel' which takes me back to the start screen. How else can I book? A qucik resolution is appreciated.

      I have tried to contact u re booking Farnham estate next week. Can you please check if Weds 25th is avaialble for 1 night for twin room. My voucher is 4076/1840810. Redemtion code is C6483462
