    How do points work?


    When purchasing a voucher, you will be given the option in the Shopping Cart to use your points.

    If you do not see this option then you are either not logged into your account that has the points or you don't have enough points to avail of a discount.

    Below the Subtotal you will see a tab saying Use Discount Code or Points.

    If another Discount has been applied (e.g. Countdown %) you will first need to remove this by clicking on the (x) beside it.

    Click on this Box and using the drop down menu change the option to use your Points.

    Select the percentage of points you wish to use and press GO.

    If you do not press GO, the discount amount will not be deducted from the total cost.

    You cannot use Points and a discount code on the same purchase.

    When Purchasing an offer, providing you have enough Points in your account, you will be given the option to pay for 5, 10 or 15 percent of the cost of the voucher using your Points.

    If you do not see an option to use Points, you do not have enough points in your account to use on the offer you have selected.

    This is the only way to use Points. You cannot pay using only Points. We cannot create discount codes using Points.
