    If you feel that you have been double charged or bought something in error please double check that you have not purchased two vouchers.

    You can view purchased vouchers by logging into your account and selecting "My Vouchers"

    If you find a voucher was double purchased then please feel free to apply for a refund via the "Help" section on the website.
