    Can I extend my voucher?


    All vouchers you purchase on our website must be redeemed within 3-months of purchase. Redemption is completed by either providing your delivery details for a product voucher or placing a booking with your service voucher. 

    Please redeem your voucher via the My Vouchers section of your account or by following the steps provided under the How It Works section of your downloaded voucher.

    Vouchers that have not been redeemed within this 3-month window will expire and be ineligible for a refund.

    We never have an issue with you using a voucher after its expiry date. However, the final say on whether this is possible will always remain with the advertising venue.

    We recommend contacting the advertising venue directly to request a voucher extension. The venue's contact details can be found on your voucher. Please be aware that the venue is not obliged to offer an extension but may be happy to do so.

    If they are happy to accept your expired voucher, you do not need a new voucher to present, as they'll be able to redeem your voucher as usual.
