    What do I do if a business that I purchased a voucher for closed down?


    If a company has permanently closed down and you have a voucher for them which has not expired and you haven’t had a chance to use it, you will be entitled to your money back.

    Send us a quick email with your voucher number and we will be happy to reimburse you for this.

    If the voucher has expired or been paid to the advertising venue then no refund options are available.
