    When must I redeem my voucher?


    All vouchers must be redeemed within 3-months of purchase. Redemption is completed by either providing your delivery details for a product voucher or placing a booking with your service voucher.

    Please redeem your voucher via the My Vouchers section of your account or by following the steps provided on your voucher.

    Vouchers that have not been redeemed within this 3-month window will expire and be eligible for our expired voucher points refund policy.
