    COVID-19 Refund Policy

    In response to ongoing travel uncertainty, should your stay be cancelled or postponed by the hotel due to COVID-19 restrictions, we want to assure you that you can book with confidence knowing that we are offering a full refund as a Pigsback Gift Voucher up to the day before your stay.

    Terms & Conditions:
     
    • Full refund as a Pigsback Gift Voucher applies to new vouchers purchased on or after the 11th of November 2020.
    • Gift vouchers are valid for 5 years from the date of issue.
    • Gift Voucher cannot be resold or redeemed for cash.
     
    Historical Covid-19 Refund Policies:
     
    • If your voucher was purchased before the 8th of June 2020 and your booking is affected by Covid-19, we can issue a Discount Code for its full value.
    • If your voucher was purchased between 8th of June 2020, and the 10th of November 2020 and your booking is affected by Covid-19, we can issue a Cash or Discount Code refund for its full value.
    • If your voucher was purchased on or after the 11th of November 2020 and your booking is affected by Covid-19, we can issue a Pigsback Gift Voucher for its full value.
