    COVID-19 Refund Policy

    In response to ongoing travel uncertainty, should your stay be cancelled or postponed by the hotel due to COVID-19 restrictions, we want to assure you that you can book with confidence knowing that we are offering a full cash refund up to the day before your stay.

    Terms & Conditions:
    • Full cash refund applies to new vouchers purchased on or after the 8th June 2020 only
    • Vouchers purchased before the 8th June will qualify for 100% refund in credit only
    • If you personally become unwell with COVID-19, you can either rearrange the date of your stay with the hotel directly or apply for our normal credit refund
