Empathy Marketing allows its staff to work remotely. Due to this, we don’t always have a member of our Customer Service team in the office and would therefore be unable to assist you if you arrive on-site, however, the team is available via email Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm and reply to emails within 24-48 hours.
We understand it can be frustrating waiting for a reply or locating a missing order/voucher; however, we, unfortunately, cannot permit access to the private office premise for the general public and, therefore, we advise our customers to avoid travelling to our office as access will not be authorised.
